Copyright Complaints Procedure

If you believe your work has been copied or posted on o rthrough inourfuture.com (the Site) in a way that constitutes a copyright infringemen tor if you become aware of a copyright infringement on the Site please send a notification with the following information:

i) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (url line of the content to locate the information on INOURFUTURE).

ii) your address, telephone number and email address.

All notifications are to be sent to:

Once your complaint has been lodged INOURFUTURE will send you a Notice of Claimed Infringement form to fill out and sign within 7 working days of receiving the complaint.

On receipt of the Notice of Claimed Infringement INOURFUTURE will remove or disable access to the content within 30 days and send the user:

i) A copy of the notice of claimed infringement; and

ii) A notice stating:

a. That the copyright material has been removed, or access to it has been disabled; and

b. That the user may, within 3 months after receiving the copy of the notice of claimed infringement, issue a counter-notice in accordance with regulation 20K of the Copyright Regulations 1969 (Cth) to the Copyright Officer,  INOURFUTURE, inourfuture@arenamedia.com.au
